- We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason
you're not happy with an apparel item you've ordered from us, return it to us in
new condition and in it's original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a prompt and courteous
refund or exchange. Items returned to us without their original packaging may be subject
to a 20% service charge. Items returned to us in damaged or worn condition may be
refused for refund and returned to you at our discretion. Due
to health regulations, we cannot accept returned intimate items (g-strings, thongs etc.) or personal
novelty items. In the unlikely event you receive such an item which is defective,
we'll replace it with an identical item.
