2008 Modeling Contest Rules

| Contest is open to residents of the United States and it's territories and runs from 8/04/07 through 12/29/07. One winner will be selected from all qualified entries received by 11:59 PM on Saturday of each week and will be posted on Wednesday the following week. Entrants are limited to one (1) entry per week, and three (3) photos per entry. Multiple entries received during the same weekly period, or entries received with more than three photos will be automatically disqualified for that week. Weekly winners will be notified by e-mail at the address they've provided and entries without a valid e-mail address cannot be accepted. Weekly prize winners will receive their prize via U.S mail within 10 business days of winning. PRIZES: One (1) grand prize winner will be selected from all weekly prize winners on 05/31/08, and will receive a $500.00 cash prize. Each weekly prize winner will receive a specially selected item from our catalog or website collection, each with an approximate retail value of $20 to $50 dollars. Any weekly prize which is returned to us as undeliverable will be awarded to an alternate winner selected from all remaining entries for that week. Should the grand prize winner be unable to be contacted within 90 days of winning, an alternate winner will be selected from all remaining weekly winners. All decisions of LA Pro Fashions are final. Entries and photos submitted cannot be returned. While we reserve the right to publish each winner's first name and photos, all other contact information submitted with contest entries will be held strictly confidential. |
